Shopping Cart with Administrative Functions

osCommerce is the leading Open Source online shop e-commerce solution. It offers shopping cart functionality that allows store owners to setup, run, and maintain their online stores.

Are you doing real-time credit card processing, gathering the credit card and order information through an https (secure http) connection and then your credit provider will process the transaction for you. If real-time processing is desired, an option in the admin section allows you to turn it on or off as you please. You can use one of the vendors allotted for that section or manually charge your credit cards yourself. Coey Tech can also help you set this up.

This price includes a 4 page website. with content, logos and pictures provided by the client. This includes 10 single products to be entered into your store. If you would like us to enter all your products into the site or add any additional items to your site such as graphics, animations, forms or other, we will quote those items separately. We have maintenance plans available to help you maintain your store on a quarterly basis.

The user interface will be a standard shopping cart application. Users will be able to browse by category, view all products alphabetically, and search by keyword. Clicking the "Add to Cart" icon next to the item will store the order information until the user checks out, clears the shopping cart, deletes the item from the cart, or closes the browser. Have a client login to collect clients information or turn it off. New items entered are listed on your index page and in a "New Items" box. Total charges will be automatically calculated in addition to shipping charges. Several shipping options are available.

The administrative features include the following:

  1. Client receives an email when an order is placed. Email contains a link in order to retrieve the order.
  2. Products can be dumped into an Excel spreadsheet or uploaded from an Excel or tab delimited file.
  3. Page views and referred information can be viewed and dumped into an Excel spreadsheet.
  4. Product categories can be added/edited/deleted.
  5. Products can be added/edited/deleted/copied.
  6. Each product contains a thumbnail and a full size image that can be uploaded to the server and sized automatically.
  7. Inventory can be added and depleted with orders.
  8. Client will have the ability to mark products as "specials" and to put an expiration date on the special so that it will automatically revert back to its original pricing after that date.
  9. Client can update the email address for sending orders, as well as customizing the store information, including customer service phone numbers and email.
  10. Shipping charges will be stored in the database and can be updated at any time by the client.

H40 Secure Basic

For websites that utilize forms, a database, security certificate, regular maintenance or need extra email accounts on their site this package is for you. This advanced hosting option posts your site at your domain name: with 1 GB of disk space and 1 GByte* of data transfer per month. Comes with 20 email addresses. You will also receive 1.5 hours of maintenance** a quarter and a 10% discount on maintenance hourly rates. There is a one time set-up fee of $150.

SH50 Secure Advanced
For websites that utilize forms, several databases, a security certificate, regular maintenance or need extra email accounts or larger capacity on their site this package is for you. This secure advanced hosting option posts your site at your domain name: with 1 GB of disk space and 1 GByte* of data transfer per month. Comes with 25 email addresses. You will also receive 2.0 hours of maintenance** a quarter and a 15% discount on maintenance hourly rates. There is a one time set-up fee of $150.
SH60 Secure
This package is the same as above but larger. The virtual hosting option posts your site at your domain name: gives you 2 GB of disk space and 2 GByte of data transfer per month. A signed contract will accompany the purchase of each shopping cart and a one year contract for hosting. I know no one wants to commit but once you have a store you aren't going to move it a whole bunch because of the connectivity of the databases, but you can. We like a commitment of one year with maintenance so we can keep the proper amount of employees on duty to support you and your website.
